Referring to the Builder Backed standards located in your homeowners manual received at your walk thru, please describe in detail your warranty request.
In order to facilitate warranty requests, please provide full access to your house during normal business hours (7:30 - 4:30, M-F).
1-Year Service Reports are accepted in the first 11 months after closing. 1-Year Service Reports submitted 12 months or more after closing will not be accepted. We appreciate your cooperation in this process.
